Purbachal Ananda Foundation started in the year 2005 with 4 orphan children with a view of working towards a new dimension to do something for the society in a mud made house at a remote village Purokonda, 16 KM away from Town Durgapur. This act was inspired by Swami Vivekananda s message of "JIBE PREM KARE JEI JAN, SEI JAN SEBICHEY ISWAR."

Purbachal Ananda Foundation is a home for socially ostracized, homeless, family less, children’s located at Purokonda Village under Barjora Police Station of Bankura District, West Bengal. Here children from different segment like orphans, children of women in prostitution and those living on streets and Railway Platforms and also aged people who are destitute and are desolated from family life are admitted for long term rehabilitation and empowered future through education, love and affection. For this noble cause we have volunteers comprised of young people who are social worker and thoroughly familiar with N G O activities.

PAF is an organization believes in human values. Every child in considered to play and important roll in future for betterment of our country. Uplifting of social and moral values is our duty.
